Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from lulahealth.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This shop is run by Lula Health Ltd, trading as Lula. We're a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16199257. Our registered office is 18 The Hollies, Brackla, Bridgend, CF31 2PP. You can contact us at hello@lulahealth.co.uk.

2. Our product

Lula is a food supplement. Please read the label before use and follow the directions. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Product images are for illustration, and colours on your screen may vary slightly.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're offering to buy from us. We'll email to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we accept your order, which happens when we dispatch it or email to confirm acceptance. If we can't accept your order, for example because something is out of stock or there's an error in the price, we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund you in full.

You must be 18 or over to order. Our products are for personal use, not for resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you order, including any delivery charge shown there. We may change prices from time to time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe and save, we'll charge your payment method the subscription price and send a new jar each calendar month, until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time in your account, with no fee. If we change the subscription price, we'll tell you before your next payment so you can cancel if you wish.

6. Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery times, costs and areas are set out in our shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you or to someone you've nominated (for example a neighbour or safe place you've chosen). After that, it's your responsibility.

7. Cancellations, refunds and returns

You have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. Because Lula is a food product, jars that have been unsealed can't be returned under this right for health and hygiene reasons. On top of this, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our refund policy.

8. If something goes wrong

If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll put it right as set out in our refund policy.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

9. Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control delays your order, such as severe weather or postal disruption, we'll let you know and do what we can to keep the delay short. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we'll refund you for anything you haven't received.

10. Your information

We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

11. Our content

The text, images and branding on this website belong to Lula Health Ltd or our licensors. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you order applies to that order.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please email hello@lulahealth.co.uk first and we'll do our best to sort it out. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
